- Definition and conduct of ITMP - Information Technology Master Plan, structuring, creation and management of the IT department, to the headquarters and stores;
- Budget, suppliers selection with purchase negotiations and Service Level Agreement - SLA definition, acquisition of all equipments to the company in Brazil or others related acquisitions to software, infrastructure, telecommunications and outsourced services, to the headquarters and stores;
- Implementation and management of the Local and Worldwide Areas Network LAN / WAN ( Frame Relay, TCP / IP, X25 ), operating system administration of Windows NT and SCO UNIX, Infrastructure and Information Systems business;
- IT correspondent between Leroy Merlin Brazil and Leroy Merlin France, full translation of the corporate and branches information systems, focusing on the analysis of existing French context to later adapt to brazilian tax legislation;
- Development, validation and implementation of the work plans, Operational Level Agreement – OLA definition, security policies to the systems access, integrity and security of data, functional and operational procedures;
- Effective participation in meetings of the management of the company, with technical collaboration on the proposed solutions by the IT department, as well as available technology on the market and telecommunications requirements for the enterprise;
- Operational and technical services management, infrastructure development of information technology;
- Administration and control operations of the information systems for different servers of the company, including management procedures levels of safety, installation, upgrade, configuration, testing, maintenance and support to the operational systems in a production environment. Creation and monitoring of indicators of control, such as KPI - Key Performance Indicators and KGI - Key Goal Indicators, SLA’s and OLA’s monitoring;
- Portfolio Projects Management: receipt goods, POS - Point Of Sale (PDF in Brazil), EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer (TEF in Brazil), back office store, purchasing center, MICROSIGA (TOTVS) software (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation for use by financial services, accounting and tax.
