• Manage all information aspects of STATE GRID BRAZIL HOLDING (SGBH) business solutions for Finance, HCM, Procurement and Operation & Maintenance areas. • Design, develop, and maintain systems and services: ERP Systems, Portal/ECM, Third Party Solutions and Custom Applications. • Lead up to five IT internal resources and several service providers in order to support day-to-day business operation based on ITIL concepts (Incident Mgt, Problem Mgt, Configuration / Release Mgt and Change Mgt). • Work with onshore and offshore teams in Brazil and China covering software systems support, engineering, software development and test. • Manage entire implementation process for medium to large projects: Requirements gathering, Solution Design / Prospection, RFI / RFP, BID, Vendor Proposal / Contract Evaluation, Team Building, Scope / Schedule / Risk and Cost Management. Negotiate with vendors and internal areas, including directors and executives. • Elaborate IT 3-Years Plan and present to SGBH Board of Executives and Headquarters (SGCC-China). Elaborate and control IT Budget. • Provide SGBH Board of Executives with updates regarding IT achievements and project status at semimonthly basis. • Main Achievements at SGBH: o Awarded for two consecutive years as the most highly rated professional in the company during the annual performance evaluation (KPI Program). o More than US$ 100K of savings due to optimization of the execution of several demands, for instance:� Absorption of systems and data from acquisitions and merges using internal resources;� On-site (internal) development team for simple customizations and reports;� Close negotiation and management of vendors during prospection process for new solutions and project execution (system implementation). Deep validation / confirmation of technical requirements and design, avoiding scope changes and additional effort due to rework.

• Design innovative solutions and technical offers during pre-sales process. • Lead up to twenty technicians at pre-sales processes and project implementations. • Manage Key Account projects, including multinational and Brazilian multibillion companies: BAT, Vale, Petrobras, Brasil Kirin, Wilson Sons, among others. • Assigned to setup and deploy Neoris Managed Services: AMS and Software Factory for SAP and Custom Applications (Sharepoint, .NET and Java). In charge of SAP AMS Management for 1 year, supporting up to six medium to large local companies (FMC Technologies, Michelin, BAT, Eletrobras, JMacedo and IMPSA) and leading a team of almost third SAP and Java specialists. • Manage customer services (external and internal) in order to maximize customer satisfaction. • Main Achievements at Neoris: o Track Records of Success in more than five large projects Several System Implementation Projects (either as PM and Solution Designer): SAP ERP, SAP MII, Integration (SOA), Enterprise Portal and Mobile (SAP SUP). o Elected Subject Matter Expert for Business Solutions and Innovation. o Track Records of Success reversing Problem Projects, acting over customer loyalty and project P&L.

IBM considered this project a success case, since it was the first IBM SOA platform implementation in Brazil. o Several System Implementation Projects and Technologies: Business Analysis (RUP, Agile and UML) Enterprise Portal, Java Web Applications, WebSphere Process Server and ESB / SOA, J2EE, XML, XSD and XSLT, SAP – ABAP, among others.
