Sokolov-Sarbai mining and processing industrial association, Rudny, Kazakhstan: Modernization of the traveling grate pelletizing plant № 5. Result: increase the productivity by 24.5 t/h (24.6%), reduce the natural-gas consumption by 56.3%(19.3 m3/t), and reduce fan power consumption by 9.9 kW-h/t (21.3%). (optimization: aspiration system, gas transfer system, gas cleaning system, burning systems etc).
Oskolsky electro-metallurgical combine, Stary Oskol, Russia. Improving the productivity (by 40 %) of a Lurgi roasting machine.
JSC Kachkanarskij Mining Plant. Development of technical and technological concept of the roasting machines modernization and automation of pellets production. Result: increase the productivity by 3%, reduce the natural-gas consumption by 31%, reduce fan power consumption by 13%.
Development and implementation of energy efficient technologies in the metallurgy in order to reduce of electricity and fuel consumption, increased equipment productivity and product quality. The works include the optimization of ventilation systems, pumping units, draft installation (fans, exhausters), heaters etc.

Sokolov-Sarbai mining and processing industrial association, Rudny, Kazakhstan: Modernization of the production line drying of iron ore concentrate in a rotary kiln (including: aspiration system, gas transfer system, gas cleaning system, burning systems, rotary kiln). Result: increase productivity by 20%, reducing fuel consumption by 10%.
JSC Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant. Development of optimal control system for hot blast stoves. Result: reducing coke consumption by 1%.
