Expert projects of the Department of expertise of trunk pipelines projects (November 2011 - December 2018). Responsibility: Expertise of the technological sections of the project documentation on construction of objects of pipeline transport of oil (petroleum products), including: - Verification of technical solutions of projects for compliance with Federal laws and Regulations of the government of the Russian Federation. - Verification of technical solutions of projects for compliance with industry standards and technical regulations. - Perform hydraulic calculations. - Support of projects before transfer to the state expertise. - Interaction with Customers and design departments. - Expertise of technical specifications for design. - Formation of expert opinions. Major projects implemented: - Construction of oil trunk pipelines: Eastern Siberia-Pacific ocean (ESPO), polar region-PUR-PE. - Reconstruction of the Sheskharis transshipment complex and tank farms of Transneft oil trunk pipelines. Leading engineer of the Department of design of trunk pipelines (until November 2011) Project team management (5 design engineers). Responsibility: Design of trunk pipeline facilities for transportation and storage of oil (oil products), including: - Development of technical solutions for the technological part of the projects and the formation of explanatory notes. - Collection of initial data for design, interaction with the Customer. - Execution and analysis of hydraulic calculations of pipelines. - Development of measures to increase the capacity of oil trunk pipelines. - Development of technological schemes and selection of pumping equipment. - Placement on the master plan of the designed facilities and pipelines. - Development of Assembly drawings of equipment and technological pipeline units. - Formation of custom specifications and questionnaires for ordering equipment. - Work with related project units. - Support of project documentation in the examination bodies. - Conducting field supervision at construction sites. Major projects implemented: - Construction of the Baltic pipeline system and the Eastern Siberia-Pacific ocean (ESPO) oil trunk pipeline. - Reconstruction of oil pumping stations and tank farms of Transneft oil trunk pipelines.
