More than 400 Small Capital Projects Estimated in variable disciplines( between 500K and 170MM USD) 10. Starting 2019 Participated as a external and core team member in several Projects managed by Agile (SCRUM and KANBAN) Methodology. 11. Implemented several Lookback analysis for Single Well Pad and Multi Well Pad Projects.

• Perform quantity take-off of Civil and Structural, Mechanical and Piping, EIT Works • Provide Level 2,3 and 4 CAPEX cost estimates, using company standard tools such as CAPCOST, CCES, ABC-4 and etc. by linking on project schedules. • Ensure that all relevant regional factors are taken into account when preparing estimates by organizing and participating in location surveys and data research. • Prepare commercial proposals and acquire work and contracts. Supply bid evaluation services and negotiating support to the project teams with regard to cost engineering issues. • Carry out cost/value assessments of engineering solutions and packages to enable design selection, together with execution and construction cost estimates. • Collaborate with the project engineering and technical disciplines to ensure that the estimate reflects the complete scope. • Provide information for a database of cost historical data for benchmarking and KPI development. • Participating in Weekly Meeting – Identifying issues and discussing with Project team (HSE, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, Progress/Planning, Cost Control) the matters affecting the Estimates. • Capture/apply internal and external learning’s and incorporate improvements • Ensure own discipline work is successfully delivered and appropriate reviews conducted • Contribute to excellent HSE performance throughout the project life cycle • Maintain effective interfaces and relationships within/between disciplines, and peers in other project teams and Customer Operating Units (OU’s).

• According to the contract documentation with Client Agip KCO preparation of data base for Scope of work (SOW) • Identification of unit rates per item of protocols required as per the contract agreed. • Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) according to the Bill of Material (BOM) as per project documentation assigned. • Daily monitoring and tracking of actual VOWD done with construction champions in-situ. • Weekly site progress monitoring with client superior and identification of all constraints and key problems needs to be solved by client side or contractor side. • Preparation of all required documentation for the amendments and variations of contract. • Support and proceed with client superiors all management of changes and other procedures during the contract execution period. • Getting agreements from management and approval from client for amendments and variations. • Preparation of Monthly Payment application for commissioning and MC services per month done, with all required attachment witnesses signed by client and agreed by contractor. • Finalizing invoicing by getting official Monthly Payment Certificate and sending to the Accountant Dpt. • Updating Cost Control System data by Forecasting for the next months as per existing progress analysis, making calculations for monthly cost, sales and net margin of contract. As result: Planned Contracts value 15.5 MM, Owned 19,7MM with 8% net Margin

• Review & assessment of contract documents such as (SoW, methods of measurement and contract preambles) to establish accurate quantity take-off and actual measurement of work scope assigned. • Generate accurate material take-off for individual scope of work, with indication of each Pay Item Code based on contract agreement. • Preparing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress and KPI reports for Progect Controls Team Management • Collaborate with engineering, QA/QC and Project Planning to insure that progress reported by construction is valid and applicable to be paid. • Provision of support to construction department on the implementation of requirements related to contract specified documentation and quantities which needed to be created, stored, issued and revised. • Consideration of Site Instructions (SI), Technical Queries (TQ) & if required creation and proceeding Variation order proposal (VOP) for the extra works. • Arranging monthly random site tracking with client representatives. • As per Monthly progress data submission of Monthly Financial Statement to Client. As result: about 70% of Un-reported construction progress were reported, registered and approved by client for payment.

• Field Engineer & Site Supervision at electrical & instrumentation works: • Organization & control of groups of manpower for cable pulling, dressing, wiring & hook-up activities for Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom works.(Oil Plant Tr-1/2/3, SS-11/12/21/22/31/32, SIP building 1/3, FGC-1/2/3/4/5, SGC-1/2, Gas Plant-2 Train-1/2 Air Coolers, Sulphur Plant Train-1/2 Air coolers) • PTW Authorised Person (rev.:#7 Agip KCO) from 2009
