I`m graduated in international relations, I entered the market through the internship program of Johnson & Johnson and since then I have been building my career in training and development with the company's commercial team. In two years, I helped train the sales and corporate teams on topics such as: Negotiation, High Impact Presentations, Train the Trainers, Coaching, Feedback and etc. I was also able to participate in the implementation of two global projects: Sales Force Effectiveness and iCoach, the latter in partnership with the US and Latin American teams. I had the opportunity to study, work and volunteer in Brazil and abroad and with that expand my knowledge about culture, diversity, business and two foreign languages: English and French. I have interest and facility to work in multifunctional teams, because they allow more learning. I am currently studying doing my master in People Strategic Management and intend to improve and build a career in this field. To guide, train, develop and care for people, whether for life, for business and results, or for the challenges of their careers is what makes me feel vital. Being able to experience and exchange experiences every day, touch and enrich the lives of thousands of people is what I seek in my daily life.
